One afternoon...
Tommy sees a big toy car. It is so big and so heavy! "I want to move this car to the other side of the playground!" says Tommy.
Tommy tries to push it alone.
He pushes and pushes. But the car does not move! Tommy feels sad. "This is too hard! I cannot do this by myself."
Tommy's friends come over.
"Hi Tommy! What are you doing?" asks his friend Maya.
"I want to move this car, but it is too heavy," says Tommy sadly.
Maya smiles.
"I can help! And so can Jake and Leo!" says Maya.
All the friends come together.
"Okay, everyone, push on the count of three!" says Tommy.
"One! Two! Three! PUSH!" they all yell together.
And the car moves!
It rolls and rolls and rolls! The friends are pushing together and it works!
The car slides across the playground!
They work together until the car is in the perfect spot. They did it!
All the friends high-five.
"We did it! We did it! We worked as a TEAM!" they cheer.
Tommy learns something important: "What I could not do alone, I can do with my friends! Teamwork is amazing!"
They play together all afternoon.
Moving the car was just the beginning. Now they play games with it. They race it. They pretend it is a rocket ship!
Having friends makes everything more fun!
