Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999, calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your order number, and we'll look into it right away.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
