We want you and your little one to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works.
Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window unfortunately can't be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by the original order invoice or order number
- Not part of our non-returnable list below
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective on arrival:
- Printed worksheets and downloadable/digital products
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return within 3 days of delivery. We'll confirm your eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos β these are handled as a priority and don't count against the standard 3-day window.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, color, or product instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us β we're happy to arrange an exchange where stock allows.
